Those shipmates who may have a need for their military records, including medical are advised to contact their nearest VA office or hospital. The secret of getting information from the Records Center is filling out the Standard Form 180. The Department of Veterans Affairs Publication, "Federal Benefits for Veterans and Dependents" has all the answers Pages 69-70.
